ATI Agency provides custom software development, AI automation, n8n workflows, web/app development, and technical consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines defined in individual proposals/contracts.
Each engagement is governed by specific agreement referencing these Terms.
Per individual agreement. Standard: Net-30 unless otherwise specified. Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest (or max legal rate).
You provide:
One-off builds (full payment): You own final deliverables. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies.
Retainer/hosted services: We retain ownership; you get license to use during active engagement.
Custom work product: Transfers to you upon full payment.
You may not resell or reverse engineer solutions we actively maintain/support.

Our total liability is capped at fees you paid us in preceding 6 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.
Exceptions: Liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury cannot be limited.
Projects may use third-party tools (AI APIs, hosting, etc.). Those services are subject to their own terms. We're not liable for their failures, price changes, or discontinuation.
Both parties protect confidential information. Survives termination indefinitely.
Either party may terminate per individual agreement terms. Upon termination:
Not liable for delays from events beyond reasonable control (outages, disasters, pandemics, etc.).
We may update these Terms. Material changes require notice. Continued use = acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes resolved in Bulgarian courts.
Individual service agreements combined with these Terms form the complete agreement. Conflicts: service agreement prevails.
Invalid clauses don't affect the remainder.
